NEWLY INDUCTED LPT MEMBERSHIP
Newly Inducted LPT Member: A member shall be one who possesses the qualifications of a newly inducted teacher by PRC but does not have an earned master’s degree.
Registration will be conducted at designated PRC offices.
A registration for encoding your PRC ID will be provided once the teaching license has been issued by the PRC.
IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR NEWLY LICENSED PROFESSIONAL TEACHERS:
To receive your eID as a member of the Philippine Association for Teachers and Educators (PAFTE), Inc., please complete the membership procedure below accurately.
This special registration is for newly licensed professional teachers who PAID ONSITE during the oathtaking registration and received an official PAFTE receipt from a PAFTE focal person.
After validating your attached ID and PAFTE receipt, you will receive your PAFTE eID within 10 to 15 days.
IMPORTANT: You can only fill out this form if you have already received your PRC license number.
Your digital membership card will not be processed without your PRC license ID number.
IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Form Based on Oath-Taking Date: Make sure to fill out the correct form corresponding to your oathtaking date, as this will affect the validity date of your ID.
2. Do Not Submit Multiple Forms: Only submit the form that matches your oathtaking date registration.
Do not fill out all the forms.
If you were unable to register and pay onsite, please use the individual registration and fee of 600 Php.
