LIFETIME MEMBERSHIP FORM
Lifetime Member: A life member shall be a person who has been a regular member of PAFTE for at least three (3) years prior to his/her nomination as such life member, and he/she must have attended at least one (1) National Convention prior to his/her nomination and must be recommended by his/her regional chapter, the recommendation of which shall be approved by the National Board of PAFTE.

INDIVIDUAL MEMBERSHIP FORM
Individual Member: An individual member shall be a person who is engaged in teacher education or teacher education-related activities. Individual membership may be regular, associate or life.

ASSOCIATE MEMBERSHIP FORM
Associate Member: An associate member shall be one who possesses the qualifications of a regular member, but does not have an earned master’s degree.

INSTITUTIONAL MEMBERSHIP FORM
Institutional Member: An institutional member may be any institution, college, or school department, which offers pre-service and in-service teacher education program.

NEWLY INDUCTED LPT MEMBERSHIP
Newly Inducted LPT Member: A member shall be one who possesses the qualifications of a newly inducted teacher by PRC but does not have an earned master’s degree.
Registration shall be conducted in designated PRC offices and a personal license registration form shall be given once the teaching license has been issued by PRC.
